CAMP(a project for children administered by CSK HOLDINGS CORPORATION) is meticulous in the management of personal information (information by which an individual can be identified) obtained from CAMP WEB members ("Members") on its CAMP WEB website ("CAMP WEB"). Personal information is controlled and managed at CAMP WEB in accordance with the policies described below.
Collection and Use of Personal Information
- CAMP has developed a system in conformance with JIS Q15001:2006 to collect personal information from Members.
- CAMP uses personal information provided by Members solely for purposes of contact, notification, and confirmation, and for no other purpose.

- When you register as a member, CAMP asks for information including your name, zip code, address, telephone number, gender, date of birth, and the name of the child's parent or legal guardian. Please be aware that we may be unable to provide you with information concerning CAMP if you do not provide us with the information required on the registration form.
Provision of Personal Information at the Website for Children
Children under 14 years of age must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian to provide personal information to CAMP WEB. Ask your parent or legal guardian to read and consent to the "Terms of Use" before you provide us with your personal information.
Disclosure of Personal Information
- CAMP may disclose the personal information of Members in the following cases
(1)when it is required by law or in order to comply with legal procedures,
(2)when emergency circumstances arise that require CAMP to protect the safety of the members who register for its services or to protect the public safety,
(3)when CAMP determines it becomes necessary for logical reasons in order to maintain CAMP services, thus when it is determined difficult to gain person's admission.
(4)when it is required by government agency or local public institution by law or in order to comply with legal procedures, thus when it is determined difficult to gain person's admission.
- Members can request access to their own personal information retained by CAMP at any time.
- After accessing their personal information, Members can request that CAMP correct or delete any error(s) if they determine that it contains the error(s).
- Contact CAMP in writing or by phone, fax, or e-mail to request access to their personal information and correction or deletion of errors contained in it.
Security
We use the de facto standard SSL encryption to ensure the security of the personal information you input. However, please be aware that this method is not 100% safe and that there is always a possibility that information leaks may occur.
Cookies
CAMP WEB uses Cookies (data stored in a user's computer that contains information on the user) to identify members and to enhance the enjoyment of site users by making the website more convenient to navigate, but we do not acquire any personal information using cookie. The default setting of most browsers accepts Cookies, but you can set your browser to reject Cookies or to display Cookies transmitted to your computer.
Log Collection
CAMP collects logs of user access and files downloaded from CAMP WEB. Log data collected is used only for statistical purposes and is not correlated with personal information. Log data is not provided to third parties before statistical processing.
Revision of the CAMP website's Privacy Policy
From time to time, CAMP may revise all or part of its Privacy Policy. CAMP will inform users of any revisions by methods (including display of revisions on CAMP WEB) that it deems appropriate.However, we will ask for permission in advance when revising the section "Collection and Use of Personal Information."
