| The Junior Summit is an international forum where children, our future leaders, take center stage to exchange views on the important issues facing the world. The first Summit was held in Tokyo in 1995 and the second was hosted in 1998 by MIT in Cambridge, Massachusetts. action for changing the world. Inspiration for the first Summit came from the late Isao Okawa, who proposed such an event at the 1995 G7 meeting on information technology and communications in Belgium. |
